CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations MUST be made within 24 hours in advance of your service, rescheduling included. Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will forfeit the deposit and another deposit must be made to book Please cancel and reschedule accordingly. If you have an emergency, contact me as soon as possible to see what arrangements can be made.

Less than 12-hour notice for Reschedules will forfeit your Deposit.

LATE POLICY

A 5-minute grace period is given, at 10 mins a $10 fee is automatically added. At 15 minutes late it is consider a NO SHOW and your card will be charged a 50% service fee.

No Call No Show

Your card will be charged for 50% of the service.

If unable to charge your card you will be blocked from booking if balance is not satisfied.

The process involves welding together dainty bracelets, anklets, & necklaces made of different metals Gold, Gold Filled & Sterling Silver (No Gold Plated) they cannot be removed like clasp. Permanent Jewelry is welded together by a tiny "jump ring" that secures a custom fit chain.

No worries they can be removed by cutting the Jump Ring if needed. And also can be re-welded.
